Pricing & VAT
Prices are in EUR.
If KOR applies: “VAT exempt under Article 25a.”
If not: VAT will be added based on the product type.

Digital products
Delivered instantly via direct download.
By purchasing, you agree to immediate access.

Refunds for digital downloads

EU rules allow no refunds for instant digital content unless:
• the file is defective
• the wrong file was sent

We replace defective files free of charge.

Print-on-Demand products
Produced individually per order.
Manufactured + shipped via Printify or Etsy partners.
Production + delivery times vary by region.

Refunds for POD items
Because these are custom-made, the 14-day EU cooling-off period does not apply.
Replacements only apply if:
• item arrives damaged
• wrong print
• wrong product
• defective product
Send photos + order number within 7 days.
