💬 Why I Started This

Spoiler alert: between brutally direct Dutchies, Google Translate betrayal, and that first winter depression — I learned fast that this life isn’t a Pinterest board.

After crying over boerewors, dodging awkward greetings, and once accidentally insulting someone’s oma, I knew I needed a space for:

  • every expat who’s moeg, homesick, overstimulated,

  • every creative trying to start over in a new country,

  • every Gen X human screaming internally at belastingdienst letters.

So I created Coolest Xpat Vibes — a place to feel seen, heard, and slightly less alone.
