We offer two product types: digital downloads + Print-on-Demand items.

Digital Downloads

Instant access = no refunds under EU law.
Refunds only if:
• file is defective
• incorrect file was sent

If there’s an issue, we replace the file free of charge.

Print-on-Demand Items

POD products are custom-printed and cannot be returned for:
• change of mind
• size issues
• colour differences
• “I don’t want it anymore”

You may request a replacement if the item is:
• damaged
• misprinted
• defective
• not the item you ordered
